Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.

Documents to request before a purchasing decision

  • Model specification sheet
  • Hitch and hydraulic drawing
  • Parts and service list
  • Packing and delivery scope

These are verification requests, not certification badges or claims about a confirmed supplier.

Working width and disc gang inspection

Define the field job before the model

Describe crop residue, soil texture, moisture and desired finish, then state the target working width in m or ft. A wider implement can reduce passes but may exceed available draft capacity or local transport limits. Ask the manufacturer to confirm operating conditions, not just nominal width.

Parts drawings on an agricultural workbench

Compare the order beyond the unit price

Keep quantity, packing, spare discs, bearings, shipping destination and trade terms on one scope. Sample availability, MOQ and production lead time are confirmed during inquiry. A smaller initial order may lower commitment while increasing freight and setup cost per unit.

Where the brief changes

Scroll through purchasing contexts; each requires its own field assessment.

Broadacre preparation

State residue load, field size and tractor traction before choosing gang geometry.

Vegetable seedbeds

Explain the finishing sequence and acceptable clod size without assuming one pass will suffice.

Orchard interrows

Check clearance, tree spacing and turning room against the offset configuration.

Equipment distribution

Separate assembled implements, parts packs and local service-document requirements.

Start with the facts from your field

Send your specification, quantity, destination and preferred seasonal arrival date. We clarify missing information before requesting comparable factory quotations. Read the procurement checklist if the brief is still taking shape.

  • Write the required configuration and any permitted alternative.
  • Identify order quantity, US destination and seasonal delivery date.
  • Optional budget: currency and per-unit or whole-order basis.

Specify blade diameter, spacing, axle dimensions and bearing references for replacement parts. Explain any PTO horsepower requirement separately; many disc harrows are draft implements. Do not send confidential drawings here.
